$15/Month
Membership includes:
Two service tune-ups and 1 water heater inspection per year.
Summer months – Clean Coils, check and tighten belt, check condensate, verify charge. Inspect blower wheel, fan motors, compressors, capacitors, contactors, and relays. Verify cooling operation.
Winter months – Clean flame sensor, check inducer, verify flame color, check temperature rise, check safety switches. Inspect burners, igniters, blower wheel and combustion. Inspect heat exchanger. Verify heating operation.
Water heater – Flush water heater, perform safety inspection, verify proper water heater operation.
Report all deficiencies & provide repair estimate.
Benefits – Equipment stays clean and runs a peak efficiency, 10% discount on all repair work done including equipment replacement. Priority on service calls.
Terms – Price is based on per month per system.
