What we look for
Who we hire.

HVAC technicians
3+ years residential HVAC experience preferred. EPA 608 certification required. ACCA / NATE certification a plus. Familiarity w/ R-410A, R-454B, and R-22 systems. Comfortable working in HD attic temperatures.

Installers + apprentices
Entry-level positions for HD locals interested in learning the trade. We will train the right person. Reliable transportation + clean driving record required.

Office + dispatch
Customer-facing dispatch + scheduling roles open as we grow. HVAC industry experience helpful but not required.
How we work
What makes JCE different.
- No quota pressure. Techs are not paid commission on parts or upsells. Our job is to fix the customer's problem, not hit a number.
- Local routes. Most calls are within a 30-minute drive of our Hesperia office. No 90-minute commutes to Riverside or LA.
- Real training budget. We pay for ACCA, EPA 608 renewals, and manufacturer factory training when relevant.
- Family-owned. Owner Joey Condon answers the phone + works in the field. Real chain of command, not corporate layers.
- No after-hours upcharge. Customers do not pay more for nights and weekends. Techs are paid the same whether the call is Tuesday at 10 AM or Saturday at 2 AM.
