One scheduled visit per year covering both your heating and cooling system in a single appointment. Refrigerant pressure, electrical connections, capacitor health, gas pressure, ignition, safety lockouts, condensate drain, blower current, thermostat calibration.

Diagnostic fee waived
Members skip our standard $89 diagnostic charge on emergency calls. We show up to diagnose at no charge — repair only if you authorize.

10% discount on repairs
Member discount on parts + labor for any repair. Applied automatically at the work order. A typical $400 capacitor repair becomes $360.

10% discount on replacements
Same 10% member discount applies to full system replacements. On a $9,000 install, that is $900 off.

Priority dispatch
Members get bumped to the front of the queue during peak summer and winter when non-members are waiting days for service.

Plan transfers on home sale
If you sell your home during the prepaid period, the plan transfers to the new homeowner at no additional fee. Many sellers use this as a closing-day add-on.
