Very kind and proffesional company. Cody came out the first day and gave us a quote. JC scheduled us for the work right away, So we did not have to wait long. Two other companies previously had told us there was no guarantee what they could do would work or even be able to enter our attic but Cody assured us all the issues could be fixed and they would have no problem entering our attic. They arrived on time rolled out drop cloths and plastic, changed our ducts and worked on a few other things all in a day and cleaned up after. We are very pleased and greatful for all the hardwork they did. Our ac is running now better than ever. We are ready for winter and next summer. Highly recommend. Nothing but great things to say about this company.. Was referred to them by a friend a few years back and never looked back honestly. It was hard to find reliable quality service in Barstow back when it came to getting my mom’s mastercool working. Techs we had come just had us buying parts after parts with no fix to the problem, called up JC Energy and their owner Joseph came out and had it fixed the first time out. You guys were called out to diagnose a missed diagnosis from another company another company in which said that the unit needed to be replaced because the compressor was bad. Your tech came out and was completely professional and incredibly awesome very polite and knowledge worthy.. Not only was the compressor not bad, but it was just simple wiring that had been messed up your tech fix the wiring issues and all is well. I will definitely be using you in the future and recommending you to anybody who needs heating and air conditioning repairs.

Found company on-line when A/C went out. Jessica answered and was so friendly and professional. I called at about 9am. By 10:30 two gentlemen showed up and by noon my A/C was working better than ever. Would recommend this company anytime!

I suppose Evaporative (Swamp) coolers fit under one of the above, maybe not. Either way, Mike came out to diagnose my problem, was very polite and professional. I like the way he works.

Our A/C went out on Wed 08/31at 2:00am, as you know this has been a tremendous heat wave. I called on Thursday, Joseph came out gave me an estimate, ordered the unit and had it installed on Friday. AC went out Monday. Called JC Energy Solutions and spoke with someone right away. They scheduled me for first thing the next day. The techs were on time, friendly, and professional. They diagnosed and repaired the issue fairly quickly without any problems. Unfortunately, the next day, an identical issue represented itself. Although the issue looked the same, it was a different cause. As someone who’s worked in auto repair, home improvement, and customer service in general, I know these things can happen. What sets JCES apart is how they handle them. They were empathetic and apologetic that there was still an issue. They got one of their top guys to come back out first thing the next day and gave a credit for missing one of the causes. They replaced the part no problem and double checked everything was good to go. If you need responsive, professional, friendly, and great value service, I 10/10 recommend JCES!

Last thing anyone wants is the AC to go out in July/August. Start to finish, amazing service. Initial phone and schedule completed quickly, they even got me in first thing the next day. Techs were on time, professional, diagnosed the issue quickly, and we’re able to fix it right away. Appreciation for a well run and friendly family business!

Our air conditioning unit went out in the middle of this heat wave. We were able to get a quote right away. My husband has health problems and they were amazing ordering a new unit and getting it installed. Joseph and his team worked so well, so efficiently and also went above and beyond to get everything installed. Great pricing also. We definitely will support them and recommend them.

This is how a company should be ran. From customer service(phone call) when I set an appointment up to the gentleman who came out to service my mini split system. I can't thank them enough for how easy and quickly it was to get everything done. Will be calling them again soon. Everyone who is waiting 3 to 4 weeks for service should really give them a call.

Ice Energy was called out to one of our fire station 311 and checked out a mini split unit that was not cooling. It was determined that it was low on refrigerant. The unit was topped off at no charge and is now working great. That is what i call excellent customer service.

This business is the best! You will not be disappointed. He checked my heating n air system in Bonsall, the reason not working, my breaker was off. And thus found out why my washer n dryer was not working I was able to cancel the order of new washer n dryer, he turned on the breakers . He checked all vents. He alerted me , I needed a filter for the 1 large intake vent. The system is in the attic, everything great, gave me how old system is.
