Victorville has the most varied HVAC work in the High Desert: established 1990s-2000s subdivisions need R-22 phase-out work, newer Bear Valley Rd corridor homes need standard tune-ups, and the commercial strip needs rooftop unit service. Most of our Victorville replacement work comes from the 1995-2010 subdivisions, where original 4-ton R-22 splits are now 15 to 25 years old and failing one component at a time.
