Itemized written quote covering equipment, install labor, electrical, permits, and warranty. Two brand tiers when applicable.

Permit + install + commissioning
San Bernardino County permits pulled. Install sequenced to minimize tenant disruption (after-hours and weekend work available). Commissioning documents provided.
