Our A/C went out on Wed 08/31at 2:00am, as you know this has been a tremendous heat wave. I called on Thursday, Joseph came out gave me an estimate, ordered the unit and had it installed on Friday. Joseph's technicians worked quickly and efficiently. In my opinion they went above and beyond to get everything installed, keep in mind this is Labor Day weekend. I can't THANK YOU enough. AC went out Monday. Called JC Energy Solutions and spoke with someone right away. They scheduled me for first thing the next day. The techs were on time, friendly, and professional. They diagnosed and repaired the issue fairly quickly without any problems. Unfortunately, the next day, an identical issue represented itself. Although the issue looked the same, it was a different cause. As someone who’s worked in auto repair, home improvement, and customer service in general, I know these things can happen. What sets JCES apart is how they handle them. They were empathetic and apologetic that there was still an issue. They got one of their top guys to come back out first thing the next day and gave a credit for missing one of the causes. They replaced the part no problem and double checked everything was good to go. If you need responsive, professional, friendly, and great value service, I 10/10 recommend JCES!

The statewide TECH Clean California heat pump incentive that SCE customers used has been fully reserved since November 2025. SoCalGas customers (most of the Inland Empire) can still get 2026 rebates on 92%+ AFUE furnaces, while Southwest Gas, which serves most of the Victor Valley, ended its California furnace rebates in 2025.
